We offer the capacity to produce high-volume packaging products quickly, accurately, and repeatedly. For example, our 500-ton press can produce up to 54,000 disinfectant wipe lids per day.
Our packaging products are supported by a robust quality control system certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards, as well as turnkey assembly processes. In the case of our plastic hinged lids, a robotic arm automatically closes the lids as they are produced. The products then continue down a conveyor belt for a photo quality check, ensuring consistency. Finally, the products are then placed into a box to be shipped.
