We achieve engineering optimization through improvements in design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and lean manufacturing processes. In addition, our engineers design and produce the most effective methods to handle and/or trim your products. We design the equipment as well as the process to ensure every quality part is produced to the same exacting specifications.
In addition to manufacturing the products, Polyfab also builds the molds, ensuring quality at every step of the injection molding process. Molds are built in an on-site tool room here in our Sheboygan, Wisconsin facility. We carefully test every custom mold to ensure the complete accuracy and consistency of the molded products before moving on to full-scale production.
Polyfab works with a wide variety of plastics, thermoplastic resins, and other materials. We offer access to a diverse, well-established vendor network which ensures both the quality and ongoing availability of all materials. We can also assist in material selection after application review to guarantee each unique project utilizes the best materials possible for the application.
